📋 Initial Phase Notice
Current Status: The Constitution is in its initial development phase and has not yet been saved to the blockchain. During this period, we will make necessary adjustments and improvements based on community feedback and practical needs.
Future Plan: Once the entire governance framework is fully established and thoroughly discussed, all constitutional provisions will be voted on democratically and permanently stored on the blockchain as smart contracts. Every subsequent modification will be recorded on-chain, ensuring transparency and immutability.
